Chicken Parmigiana
The house specialty: a breaded chicken breast under melted mozzarella, served with pesto spaghetti and asparagus.

Presto is the Italian restaurant of Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa in Cabo San Lucas, set on the marina walkway in the Marina Golden Zone, a few steps from Medano Beach and the Puerto Paraíso mall. It is one of the five Golden Zone restaurants the resort runs along the marina, next to Los Deseos, Jack's, Baja Lobster Co. and Golden Legends. The kitchen covers antipasti, salads, soups, pastas, risottos, Italian mains and pizzas from a wood-fired oven. Presto serves lunch and dinner from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and closes on Tuesday. On the April 2026 menu, pastas and risottos run from 295 to 470 pesos, pizzas from 310 to 435, and the herb-grilled filet mignon is the top price at 810, taxes included.
The restaurant is split between a covered terrace facing the boats and an indoor dining room behind glass doors. Outside there is a brick wall painted with a Rome and Colosseum mural, potted lemon trees and tables set in black-and-white check; inside, a chalkboard mural of Italian ingredients, a red banquette, a small bar and a neon sign that reads La Vita è Bella. Mexico Grand Hotels, the group behind the resort, announced Presto's reopening after a redesign in November 2020, with new dishes next to old favorites. The Golden Zone's own suggestion for the house Chicken Parmigiana is a glass of Pinot Noir, calamari or cream of mushroom soup to start, and the molten chocolate cake to finish.
On the marina — the terrace sits on the Cabo San Lucas marina walkway, close to Medano Beach and Puerto Paraíso, an easy stop for lunch after the beach or supper after a day on the water.
Wood-fired pizza — six pizzas come out of a wood-burning oven, from the Margherita the menu calls the classic to the Di Manzo with beef and fresh arugula.
A full Italian menu — carpaccio, mussels arrabbiata, caprese, minestrone, lasagna, gnocchi, ravioli, two risottos and mains like shrimp scampi and herb-grilled filet mignon.
Part of the resort plans — the menu states that every dish is included in the Marina Fiesta All-Inclusive and All-Inclusive Premium plans.
Chicken Parmigiana — the house specialty: a breaded chicken breast under melted mozzarella, served with pesto spaghetti and asparagus.
Marina Favorite Seafood Rigatoni — mussels, calamari, clam meat and shrimp sautéed with garlic, white wine and tomato over al dente rigatoni.
Wild Mushroom Risotto — the chef's recommendation on the menu: creamy Arborio rice with sautéed mushrooms, butter and Parmesan.
Margherita Pizza — the classic from the wood-fired oven, with Italian tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and basil pesto.
Beef Carpaccio — thin slices of beef tenderloin with arugula, shaved Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, confit mushrooms, truffle and aged balsamic, made for sharing.
Molten Chocolate Cake — a warm chocolate cake with a molten center; the Golden Zone suggests a cappuccino with it.
