Estiatorio Milos is led by Chef Costas Spiliadis, whose world-renowned Greek seafood restaurant represents his globally acclaimed Mediterranean seafood empire, now at Four Seasons Costa Palmas.
The signature Milos Special features paper-thin fried zucchini and eggplant crowned with kefalograviera cheese and tzatziki. Other standouts include whole charcoal-grilled lavraki and Lobster Pasta Athenian-Style.
Smart-casual to resort-elegant attire is encouraged at Estiatorio Milos. The dining room opens directly to two miles of swimmable beach with design featuring pale linens, weathered wood and whitewashed stone.
