    Waldorf Astoria Spa Los Cabos

    Waldorf Astoria Spa is the spa of Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, the resort reached through a private tunnel in the Pedregal neighborhood of Cabo San Lucas, within walking distance of the marina and downtown. Its treatments follow three themes: the phases of the moon, the sea and Mexican folk healing, known as curanderismo, with rituals, herbs and a team that includes healers. Visits begin with a welcome foot cleansing ritual that uses herbs. Forbes Travel Guide lists it as a Five-Star spa (checked October 2026).

    The spa has wet-area grottos with steam rooms, saunas, ice rooms and whirlpools, and a salt-water meditation pool that opens directly from the private treatment rooms. The grotto and the meditation pool are reserved for guests with a booked treatment, and the spa suggests arriving 45 minutes early to use its facilities. Couple's suites each have a private outdoor pool, an indoor plunge pool and a shower, and the salon handles hair, nails and makeup.

    The four signature Moon treatments pair a body exfoliation, a wrap and a massage over 110 minutes for 575 USD, and moon-phase, hot stone and prenatal massages start at 365 USD for 80 minutes. The Mexican folk healing menu includes an herbal detox with a mud wrap, a mezcal-infused muscle massage, sound therapy and the Divine Cacao Renewal Ritual, a warm cacao body wrap. Couples can book the Damiana & Honey Moon ritual or Love Awakening, a private cacao ceremony guided by the resort's shaman. Facials range from the organic Rose Crystal Lymphatic Facial to the Diamond Life Infusion, a microcurrent facial. Prices are in US dollars and do not include 16% tax and a 15% service charge.

The spa is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and treatments outside those hours can be requested. Changes and cancellations need 24 hours' notice, or the full treatment is charged.
