Medano Beach is Cabo San Lucas' central, high-energy beach, with swimmable water, water activities, restaurants, bars, vendors, hotels, and views toward Land's End. Swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, parasailing, and beach volleyball are all part of the scene.
