The short answer
November is one of the best months to visit Cabo: highs of about 85 °F (29 °C), a sea still near 81 °F (27 °C) and only 1.5 rainy days on average in Cabo San Lucas. The storm season officially ends on November 30, and the month’s storm odds are low (2.7%).

November is the last month of the eastern Pacific hurricane season, which officially ends on November 30. In the record since 1949, the highest odds in November of a tropical storm passing within 200 km during a week’s stay are 2.7%, and 0% for a hurricane. Live storm status.
What to pack
Summer clothes for the day, swimwear and high-SPF sunscreen. Nights are near 70 °F (21 °C), so bring a light layer for evenings, boat trips and air-conditioned restaurants.
In the water
The sea averages about 81 °F (27 °C) in Cabo San Lucas. For anglers, November is the last month of dorado, tuna, wahoo and blue marlin season in our fishing zones guide, and striped marlin begins.
Crowds
Hotels in Los Cabos were 77% full in November 2025 (DataTur, preliminary). Thanksgiving week was busier: 78.8% in 2025, against 73.5% the week before.
