Moonline Cabo is a private transfer company based on the Transpeninsular Highway in Cabo San Lucas. It offers private rides to and from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) with flight monitoring, an hourly executive service and vans for weddings and groups. Its home page lists no rates: request a quote by WhatsApp or through the request form on its website.
The company presents itself as luxury private transportation in Los Cabos and gives five reasons to book: recent vehicles in excellent condition, professional bilingual drivers, personalized attention, guaranteed punctuality, and an experience focused on comfort and discretion. It describes its fleet as premium SUVs and vans. Apart from catalog images, its own photos show one black Chevrolet Suburban: in a stone-paved villa driveway, at a hotel entrance, on a palm-lined street and beside a private jet, the shot it also uses on Facebook and Instagram. Its Facebook page gives its address as Km 7 of the Carretera Transpeninsular in Cabo San Lucas. Its home page, Facebook page and Instagram account give no founding year, number of vehicles, van models or seat and bag limits.
What sets it apart from an airport taxi is a private, pre-arranged vehicle: door-to-door service, flight monitoring, and bookings by the hour for meetings, events or multiple transfers. Its Facebook page lists its hours as always open, and the same number, +52 322 121 4253, appears on the WhatsApp button of its website and as the mobile number on Facebook. Because its home page, Facebook page and Instagram account give no fares, cancellation terms, waiting time or meeting point, ask for all four in writing when you request your quote, together with the vehicle it will send for your group.
Flight monitoring on airport runs — its airport service is private, to and from the airport, door to door, with flight monitoring.
Hourly executive service — transport by the hour for meetings, events or multiple transfers, in executive vehicles with personalized attention.
Vans for weddings and groups — spacious vans for weddings, celebrations and private groups, with scheduled service and organized logistics.
Bilingual professional drivers — listed among its five reasons to book, next to recent vehicles and a focus on comfort and discretion.
Couples and families landing at SJD — a private SUV straight to your hotel or villa; the vehicle in its photos is a Chevrolet Suburban, so confirm seats and bags for your party.
Business travelers — the hourly executive service covers meetings, events or multiple transfers.
Weddings and private groups — vans for celebrations; ask for the model and the seat count before you book.
Cabo Passport holders — the company is a partner; the perk is listed in the Passport app.
Hours: Its Facebook page lists the business as always open; its home page gives no hours. For a late-night arrival or a pre-dawn pickup, confirm by WhatsApp that a driver is available at your time.
Book: By WhatsApp at +52 322 121 4253 or through the request form on its website (origin, destination, date, time, 1 to 10 passengers, your phone and an optional return). The form sends a request, not a confirmed booking: the company contacts you afterwards. Its Facebook page also lists an email address for written requests.
Meeting point at SJD: Not published by the company; ask for the exact spot and the name on the driver's sign when you book.
Best tip: Get the price per vehicle, what it includes, the cancellation rule and how long the driver waits after landing in writing before you travel.

Your meeting point — Not published by the company; confirm the exact spot and the name on the driver's sign when you book.
Where drivers wait at SJD — International flights arrive at Terminal 2, domestic flights at Terminal 1. At Terminal 2, after customs you cross the sales hall and exit through the sliding doors (the "Group Arrival Exit" is on the right after baggage claim) into an outdoor courtyard with a bar and a row of large numbered umbrellas/canopies; companies that use one name the umbrella or canopy in your confirmation; others wait at the exit with a sign bearing your name or the company name, so check what yours says. At Terminal 1 there is no customs; drivers or representatives wait in the public arrivals zone or at a pillar/gate in the parking lot named in the voucher. Official taxi kiosks ("Taxis / Transportación Terrestre") are outside the terminal building.
The timeshare hall — After customs at Terminal 2 you walk through a hall of desks staffed by timeshare promoters in polo shirts and badges who look like airport staff or transportation booths. They offer "free" rides, tours or maps in exchange for a resort presentation. Do not stop, answer questions or hand over paperwork: say "No, gracias" and keep walking through the final sliding doors. Pre-booked drivers are not allowed in that hall; find them outside, at the umbrella, canopy or exit point stated in your confirmation.
Uber at SJD — Uber's own SJD pages say pickup exists ("Uber helps make it easy to get from SJD Airport to your final destination") and tell riders to open the app for "directions to meet your driver outside", without naming a spot. Local reports say otherwise: the airport is a federal zone where only licensed airport taxis may load passengers, the National Guard enforces it, and Uber riders end up walking 10–15 minutes to the OXXO by the highway. Drop-off at departures is allowed by Uber and, per The Cabo Sun, works.
Cancellation — Not published by the company; ask for the rule in writing before you book.
Flight tracking — Yes — the company lists flight monitoring for its airport transfers.
Child seats — Not published; ask when you book.
Oversize luggage — Not published; declare golf bags, surfboards or extra luggage when you request a quote.
Moonline Cabo lists no rates or price range on its home page, Facebook page or Instagram account as of 6 October 2026, so every transfer is quoted on request. Send your flight, destination, date, time and number of passengers by WhatsApp at +52 322 121 4253 or through the request form on its website, and ask in writing for the price per vehicle, whether it is one way or round trip, and what the fare includes.
The request form on its website takes the origin, destination, date, time, 1 to 10 passengers and your phone number, plus an optional return date and time. Sending it does not confirm or charge anything: the site says the company will contact you. You can also write directly on WhatsApp at +52 322 121 4253; keep the confirmation with the price and pickup details.
Moonline Cabo publishes 1 number, +52 322 121 4253, both as the WhatsApp button on its website and as the mobile number on its Facebook page. The 322 area code is from Puerto Vallarta rather than Los Cabos (624), but it is the only number the company lists on its own channels. Its Facebook page also gives a Gmail address for written requests.
Moonline Cabo's Facebook page lists its hours as always open, checked on 6 October 2026, while its home page gives no office hours. For a flight that lands late at night or a pickup before dawn, confirm by WhatsApp at +52 322 121 4253 that a driver is available at your exact time, and keep the reply with your booking details.
Yes: airport transfers, 1 of the 3 services on its website, are described as private, to and from the airport, door to door and with flight monitoring. The waiting time included after landing is not published; if you expect a long customs line, ask how long the driver waits and whether extra time is charged.
Apart from catalog images on its website, every vehicle photo the company has posted there and on its Facebook page and Instagram account shows 1 black Chevrolet Suburban: in a stone-paved driveway, at a hotel entrance, on a residential street and beside a private jet. Its home page describes the fleet as premium SUVs and vans but gives no van models, number of vehicles, or seat and luggage limits, so confirm the vehicle for your group size when you ask for a quote.
Yes: events and groups is 1 of the 3 services on its website, with spacious vans for weddings, celebrations or private groups, scheduled service and organized logistics. Its request form accepts up to 10 passengers per request, and the van models and seat counts are not published, so give the exact headcount, luggage and schedule when you ask for a quote.
Yes: an executive service is 1 of the 3 services on its website, described as transport by the hour for meetings, events or multiple transfers, in luxury executive vehicles with personalized VIP attention. Hourly rates and any minimum number of hours are not published; ask for both by WhatsApp at +52 322 121 4253, together with the vehicle type and the stops you plan.
International flights at SJD arrive at Terminal 2 and domestic flights at Terminal 1, and Moonline Cabo does not publish where its driver waits or how you will recognize them. Pre-booked drivers wait outside the terminal building, not in the hall of timeshare and activity desks, so ask the company for the exact spot and the name on the sign when you book.
Not reliably: SJD is a federal zone where only licensed airport taxis may load passengers, and local reports say Uber riders end up walking 10 to 15 minutes to the OXXO by the highway. Uber can drop you off at departures. A pre-booked private transfer avoids both the walk and the taxi kiosks; confirm the pickup spot with the company in advance.
Moonline Cabo publishes no cancellation, change or refund policy on its home page, Facebook page or Instagram account as of 6 October 2026. Ask for the rule in writing by WhatsApp before you confirm, including how much notice you must give, whether any prepayment is refundable, what happens if your flight is delayed or cancelled, and how long the driver waits after landing.
Its website lists professional, bilingual drivers as 1 of 5 reasons to choose the company, without naming the languages; the website is written in Spanish with a switcher to an English translation, and its one Facebook post is in English. If you need an English-speaking driver, say so when you request your quote by WhatsApp at +52 322 121 4253, and ask for the driver's name and phone number for the day you arrive.
