VIFAC Los Cabos: free support for pregnant women who need it

A local nonprofit that walks with women facing a difficult pregnancy in Los Cabos — prenatal care, emotional support, workshops and help after the baby arrives. All of it free and confidential.

VIFAC Los Cabos supports women in a vulnerable situation during pregnancy and gives them options for their own future and their child's. Their services are free.

Prenatal medical care

Medical care throughout the pregnancy.

Emotional support

Psychological support and a safe, judgment-free space.

Workshops & training

Certified workshops — baking, cooking, candle making — to build skills for work.

After the baby arrives

Support after birth, early stimulation classes and parenting talks.

Legal guidance on adoption

Accompaniment through adoption processes, only if the mother requests it.

Donations with a receiptVIFAC Los Cabos is an authorized donee in Mexico and issues tax receipts. US taxpayers can generally deduct it only against Mexican-source income under the US–Mexico tax treaty — ask your tax advisor.
Teach a workshopDesigners, chefs and health professionals have taught classes to the moms. Offer yours.
Give bloodFrom time to time they ask for O+ blood donors for a mom about to give birth.
In-kind donationsClothing, baby items and supplies — coordinate first so they collect what's needed now.
